Our property offers three unique types of studio. Some studios feature wall-to-wall large windows that overlook charming neighbourhood alley and provide glimpses of local life. Each studio is approximately 20sqm and is equipped with a private shower room. With well-designed smart space-saving furnishings, guests can enjoy ample space while still experiencing the charm and compactness of the unit's contemporary layout. While these studios are perfect for young couples or single guests, families with young children or those with restricted mobility may find them less suitable. Additionally, our residents can enjoy the rooftop too.
Direct Price:
The price range for our studios in 2023 varies between 380,000vnd to 480,000vnd, depending on day of the week, and whether it is a regular or holiday period.
Cancellation rules:
For bookings shorter than 7 days, guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. After that, a compensation fee equivalent to one day's reservation will be charged. For bookings longer than 7 days, guests are required to pay a small deposit equivalent to the current daily rate to reserve and guarantee their scheduled stay. If cancellation is made 48 hours in advance of the check-in date, a compensation fee equivalent to one day's reservation will be charged, while cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will result in a maximum compensation fee of 2 days' reservation.

For instance, we strongly advise against booking our studios if you have young children, elderly, or limited mobility due some of the smart space-saving furnishings. However, for guests with average mobility, it can be a rare, delightful, and enjoyable experience.

We recommend that you avoid wearing expensive jewelry or talking on your high-end mobile device while walking on the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh City, as there have been incidents of thieves on bikes snatching valuables from pedestrians.
Inside our property, you are in a secure environment. We have never experienced any loss of valuable items. To ensure our guests' safety, we request that they close the front door when entering or leaving the property.
Check-in/check-out times:
Our standard check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00. We also offer a window check-in time from 08:00 to 22:00, which allows guests to check-in during this time with prior agreement. However, if you wish to check-in more than one hour before the standard check-in time, an additional charge of 60k vnd per hour will be applied. Similarly, if you want to check-out more than one hour after the standard check-out time, an additional charge of 60k vnd per hour will also be applied. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior agreement. For check-in and check-out outside the window of 08:00-22:00, please ensure to reach out to us beforehand to arrange for access.
