Taxi: Easiest way from airport is to take a taxi. It takes 30 mins without traffic to reach us with approximate costs of less than USD10.
Airport Bus: You can take Bus No. 109 and then a taxi to 382 / 11 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ward 5, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
Private Transfer: If you want a hassle-free and comfortable journey to your destination pre-book a private pick-up. It will not cost more than USD20.

Cozy Riverview is in a unique location. It is situated in a very small and quiet alley yet your studio have an enviable view of the Saigon canal and winding tree-lined street of Hoang Sa. Further more you can enjoy a rare and beautiful view Saigon on the common roof top.

Remote check-in steps
- Guest and host exchange mobile numbers and establish an instant messaging communication channel (e.g., WhatsApp or Zalo).
- Host sets up a chat group and begins supporting guest.
- Host requests guest's check-in time and passport/ID information.
- Host provides payment information to guest.
- 15 minutes before check-in time, host messages guest with building access and room information via the instant messaging app.
Note: All of the above steps are typically conducted via an instant messaging app like WhatsApp or Zalo. WARNING: If you fail to establish an instant communication channel with the host, you may have to wait for the host's physical arrival, or the host will need to perform pre-arrival procedures during your check-in time and this delay can be avoided by establishing instant messaging channel well ahead of your arrival.
Amenities Guest are welcome to use
- Guests are welcome to use the lobby or roof garden for chilling while waiting to check-in or check-out or free time during her/his stay.
- Guests are welcome to use the common wash room facilities on the ground floor any time during her/his stay.
- Guests are welcome to use our luggage storage area before check-in or after check-out while waiting for their flights.
House rules
- Smoking any where in room or in property. You can smoke on the balcony or roof garden only.
- No loud noise, especially on the balcony after 22:00.
- No party allowed.
- Please provide us with scanned passport copies prior to your arrival so we can register you with the local government. This is local law - see the UK's Vietnam travel advice here for reference (under the section "Registration") gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/vietnam/entry-requirements
- Guest need to pay for damages caused. If guest smoke in the room guest will have to pay for additional dry cleaning of heavy duty curtains ( NOT less than USD200 ) and any damages to wooden floors or any other damages.
- By booking you automatically accepted our house rules. Non-conformance to our house rules can result in our unilateral immediate termination of your reservation with no further justification except repeating the rule that you did not conform to.
Emergency action
Fire
In case of a fire alarm, follow the exit sign calmly and use the staircase to head to the ground floor and out to the front courtyard. Check for smoke or fire in the house, and if there is a fire, call your host or the fire department number. If appropriate, use a fire extinguisher near the lift on each floor to put out the fire. If there are no signs of fire, inform your host via instant messaging so they can check for a false fire alarm.

To avoid losing your passport or other valuables, avoid wearing expensive jewelry or talking on your expensive mobile phone on the street. There have been instances of snatchers on motorbikes stealing pedestrian's valuables. If you are a victim of such an incident, call or report to the police.

Locked in Lift
It is rare though sometime there is electricity cut or faulty system of the lift it stops in the middle and locked you inside. Stay calm and not too worry. You can instant message your host and help will be available within a short period to release you out of a locked lift. In case you do not have you phone then use the telephone system available inside the lift to speak to a person outside and ask them to contact your host or numners given inside the lift.
